Recently, I've been struggling with constipation. To help move things along, I consumed a large amount of chia seeds the day before. Little did I know, I overdid it. I woke up with intense cramps and an overwhelming urge to go. I was supposed to film a custom video, but there was no time to prepare—things were happening too fast. I managed to grab my camera and start recording just as disaster struck. For the first time ever, I couldn’t hold it in, and it happened right there in my pants. You can see small bulges forming under the fabric—remnants of broccoli from yesterday’s meal. I feel everything sliding down my legs. Then, to my surprise, I start peeing uncontrollably, soaking my pants completely. It’s my first pee of the day, so the stream is strong, and you can hear it hitting the floor. My socks are drenched and dripping. I reach down to feel the bumps with my hand before setting the camera down to capture the aftermath. I pull down my pants to expose the messy truth: my pants are smeared with chia seeds and broccoli pieces. I spread my cheeks to reveal the full extent of the mess—my dirty asshole is on full display. Removing my pants, I give a closer look at the chaos I’ve created. Who knew something as tiny as chia seeds could wreak such havoc? Now, I’m faced with an extensive cleanup. What a morning!
