What should have been a routine checkup quickly turned into an unforgettable ordeal for Kimiko. She arrived at the clinic calm and at ease, only to be led into an exam room where her doctor requested she undress. As he began his examination, his hands pressed and probed her body until they paused at her abdomen. He announced she had a troubling buildup that demanded immediate relief—and, by fortune, he had the tools to help. Though nervous, Kimiko consented. He lowered her underwear, gently inserted a tube, and released a flood of fluid into her stomach, swelling her with mounting pressure. She groaned as the water churned inside her, until finally the doctor withdrew the tube, positioned her with her backside aimed at the ceiling, and held her steady. Unable to withstand the surge any longer, Kimiko let go. A warm, murky torrent erupted high into the air, showering them both in a cascade of filth—a true rain of release that left nothing clean.
