Despite his advanced years, an elderly companion remains devoted to serving a youthful mistress, often tasked with tending to her weary feet. On this occasion, her feet require extra attention, and the old man swiftly starts cleaning them with his tongue, tasting the filth and grime left behind. Unsatisfied with the result, the mistress decides to administer her own form of punishment. She presses her full weight onto the helpless man, leaving him immobilized. Soon after, she unleashes a torrent of vomit, drenching her loyal companion in a chaotic mess he cannot escape.
