We all have our own rules, but some temptations are just too ripe to ignore. This was my first time taking a banana to its most decadent, refined state. Not every part of the experiment went as planned, but I've learned so much about texture and pressure. I am now accepting applications from dedicated gourmets who appreciate a hands-on approach.
