Sissy material is built on forced feminisation as a humiliation, and toilet service is one of the ways that humiliation is made practical. The submissive is dressed, renamed, given a role to perform and then told what that role is for. Frilly uniforms, makeup applied badly on purpose, and a dominant who comments on the result throughout: the dressing usually takes up the first third of the clip and sets the tone for the rest.

The scenes split into two common shapes. Some are pure feminisation, drilling clothing, posture, walking and speaking until the submissive stops resisting it. Others move straight into service, with the toilet framing used as the logical end point of being made useful. Cross-dressing alone is not the point in either case; the point is the submissive's reaction to being made to do it.
